Principal responsibilities:

- Organizing and developing the Finance team (treasury, O2C, transaction, back margin etc.)
– Performance & Development Reviews
– Weekly reports to monitor progress against targets
– Analyze existing processes and identify process improvements
– Effectively lead team to maximize individual & team performance
– Monitoring performance, productivity, quality and issues of the team
– Communication with suppliers and internal customers
– Recruitment and induction of new team members

The successful candidate should have:

- Advanced French and English is essential
– Proven ability to manage a team (5-7 FTEs) is a must
– Min. 3 years of relevant finance experience is mandatory
